1. Who we are

This website, 3dloom.ing, is operated by 3DLoom (“we”), registered at Ivan Agovski 13/2-24, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question, email us at [email protected].

2. What data we collect

• Orders: name, delivery address, phone, email, items ordered and amount. Payment is cash on delivery – we do not collect card details.
• Customer account (if you create one): username, email, password (encrypted) and order history.
• Contact form and email: name, email and the content of your message.
• Newsletter (if you subscribe): email address.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and how you reached us, via cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• Processing and delivering orders, returns and claims – performance of a contract.
• Answering your questions – our legitimate interest, or steps before entering a contract.
• Accounting and tax – legal obligation.
• Newsletter and marketing – your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Visitor statistics and advertising (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) – your consent via the cookie banner.
• Website security and abuse prevention – our legitimate interest.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers we need to operate, who process it on our instructions:

• courier service – to deliver your order;
• DigitalOcean – website hosting;
• Cloudflare – website security and performance;
• Zoho and Brevo – sending and receiving email;
• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) – statistics and advertising, only with your consent;
• our accountant and public authorities – where required by law.

Some of these providers process data outside North Macedonia and the European Union. In those cases appropriate safeguards apply, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. Cookies

We use cookies – small files stored in your browser:

• Essential – cart, checkout, login and security (e.g. WooCommerce, Cloudflare). The shop cannot work without them.
• Statistics – Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) and visit-source data (sbjs_*).
• Marketing – Meta Pixel (_fbp).

We only set statistics and marketing cookies with your consent. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep it

• order and invoice data – as long as accounting and tax law requires;
• customer account – until you delete it;
• contact form messages – up to 2 years after our last exchange;
• newsletter – until you unsubscribe;
• statistics data – up to 14 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send requests to [email protected] – we will respond within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia (www.azlp.mk).

8. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to personal data is limited to people who need it for their work.

9. Children

Our products are not intended for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of this page.
